Can you send kits internationally?

We can currently only ship to the UK, USA and France.

Is there tracking information for my parcel?

All of our orders are sent with full tracking, it should be visible on your order dispatch notification email. If the link isn't working, try tracking it on the SwiShip web page.

What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
